Tip to Toe Workout
This short beginner workout starts uses Pilates exercises to work your core muscles from head to toe. It's a great way to get started down the path to flat abs, increased flexibility and a butt to envy.

The squat is a great compound exercise for the lower body, especially the buns and the front of the thighs. Changing up your squat will work even more leg muscles. Here are variations to keep your body challenged.
