Access 2010 Expression Builder
Have trouble remembering function names or arguments in Microsoft Access 2010? We all do! Access 2010's Expression Builder is a great tool that walks you through the process of creating expressions for your forms, tables, reports and queries while keeping a handy reference at your fingertips. You can find additional assistance with Access functions by visiting our Microsoft Access Function Library.

Get more clients for the new year
Do you have a resolution to grow or create your web design business? Well, if you do, then you probably want to get more clients. And one way to do that is by learning how to write a web design proposal. A proposal is a detailed document explaining what you would do for the client and what they would pay. It is a way to show your skills and the skills of your company and help encourage new clients to pick you over other web firms.

Joining Threads
A new article on the recent series on threading has been posted about the Join method of the Threading.Thread object. Threads are used when you want two processes to run independently. But sooner or later, you have to bring them back together. One of the ways to do that is with the Join method.

Instantiation and the Initialize Method
All useful objects need to have a starting state. Starting from a blank slate isn't very interesting, and if Ruby didn't feature the initialize method, the first order of business after creating an object would probably be to call some initializing method. Ruby (and all other modern objected oriented programming languages), however, has streamlined this process.
