Okay, so maybe you can skip the hybridized Civic and stick with the other ones? You'd save some cash and maybe you could use it to take the bus sometimes. Or buy a Segway. | Test Drive: 2011 Subaru Outback It pains me that station wagons and hatchbacks aren't more popular in the US. The sedan style is more popular, but to me it's akin to wearing a suit. Sure, you're pretty, but you can't do much else than stand around (being pretty). The Outback is about as close as you can get to wearing a suit while still being useful. Are there similar cars? Yes, but nothing quite so useful.
