Love it or hate it, rhubarb is everywhere, much like zucchini in summer. If it's been a while since you tried rhubarb, give it another whirl. We have many ways to use this ubiquitous "vegetable."

Like many vegetables, people either love rhubarb or hate it. We generally eat it as a fruit, of course, but there are many ways to include rhubarb in recipes. My favorite is still a good old rhubarb pie. Find out more about this highly nutritious, prolific pink stalked veggie!
