This Week From Brian Spencer, your About This Week Editor The first video game system I ever owned--well, that my parents owned--was the Intellivision, which later gave way to the Amiga computer (remember those?), which eventually was replaced by a Sega Genesis. All wonderful in their own ways, though all sucked up way too much of my free time. Chances are many of the games featured below in our Retro Video Game Spectacular occasionally kept you glued to the television set for hours on end, too. Heck, for many of us retro gamers of the '80s, the local video arcade and pizza place were one in the same. These games married those eating and gaming passions.
